We are proud to say, we can ship to virtually any address in the world, from a local delivery to an international shipment, we are always on hand to make the process as smooth as possible.

Calculating The Cost

The shipping cost is determined by the weight of the order, chosen shipping method and shipping destination. This can be calculated by adding an item to the cart and entering in your Country and Zip/Post Code (Countries that do not use the zip/post code system will also be able to get a delivery cost). Delivery Time

We despatch 99% of all orders sameday if we have the item in stock, you can see the stock level on the product page. The delivery time varies with the chosen shipping method. The available shipping methods depend on the products purchased, availability of the products at the respective warehouses and shipping destination. Based on these factors, the website will automatically determine the shipping methods available. This will be shown in the shipping section of the checkout process. All stocked items are despatched sameday. For UK next day delivery please ensure you place the order before 17:30.

International deliveries, for Europe please allow up to 5 days via economy and 3 days priority, this is the service we expect from FedEx and DHL. All other countries please allow up to 8 days economy and 5 days priority.

Shipping Options

We use DPD LocalFedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL for our national and international deliveries as they offer excellent tracking details and have a brilliant track record. You will be presented with the relevant options once you have added an item to your cart, simply add your country and zip/post code (if applicable, if not just add 1 to the zip/postcode) and the system will do the rest.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 28 working days of delivery for a refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the goods were ordered in your error, then we reserve the right to retain a 15% re-stocking fee, if the goods have been opened then we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Proof of postage is not accepted as proof of delivery and we recommend you use a form of delivery that requires a signature. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within 14 days of the day you give written notice of cancellation.

All our items are security sealed to ensure we have sent you a genuine product. Should the seal be broken then we cannot accept a return as we can no longer ensure the product is genuine and untampered.

To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing or by email, please see our contact page for our contact details. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, intact and in their original packaging, and at your own cost and risk. Please attach the despatch note or invoice with your order so we can identify your return.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
