Covid Update

We are currently shipping products as usual, however you may experience a slight delay in some delivery times due to the COVID-19 outbreak and additional measures required by couriers. We ship from the UK, so there might also be additional delays at present for international deliveries.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day for orders received before 5:30pm GMT Monday – Friday.

For orders received after 5:30pm GMT Monday – Thursday, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

For orders received after 5:30pm GMT on a Friday or Public Holiday, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

UK Mainland Deliveries

For orders under the value of £100 + vat, we offer the choice of a Royal Mail 2nd class untracked service which is a 2-3 working day delivery from dispatch. Please note this is untracked, so we will not be able to locate your parcel if it gets lost in the post.

For orders over the value of £100 +vat, delivery is a Tracked Next Day Delivery Service (after dispatch) through DPD. DPD delivers Monday – Friday as standard. Saturday and Sunday is an option you can choose at the checkout stage. For orders over £100 in value, we provide DPD Next Day Delivery free of charge. We encourage you to provide your mobile number when you check out, so you can receive notifications from DPD and make changes to your delivery, your number will not be used for anything else.

For International Deliveries

For International deliveries we use DHL Express & FedEx as we think they provide the best customer service globally and quickest delivery times.

The cost of your shipping will depend on your location, what you order and will be calculated as part of the check-out process. Same day dispatch will be dependent on the size of your order and customs requirements for your country.

We encourage you to provide your mobile number when you check out, so you can receive notifications from DHL and make changes to your delivery, your number will not be used for anything else.

Customs and Import Fees

As all orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in the UK, you may be susceptible to customs fees depending on the threshold for your country. You as the customer,  are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

We have no control over customs and import tax, but if you have a question please contact us and we will try to help you. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
